We offer winter lets and short-term flexible lets in our fully furnished, 1 bedroom self-catering holiday lets at Greetham Retreat in Lincolnshire during the holiday low season or winter months from November to March each year, but we may have availablity at other times of the year, subject to other shorter holiday type bookings.

Greetham Retreat is conveniently located centrally in the county of Lincolnshire being on a gritting route during the winter, and is just 2 minutes off the main A158 Horncastle to Skegness road and only 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Horncastle, 15 minutes from Louth and Lincoln is just a 35 minute drive away.

Ideal, if you are between homes, your house is being renovated, need to break a house chain, relocating to Lincolnshire, must get out of your holiday home, static caravan or lodge for a couple of months or so, due to planning restrictions or site closure, waiting to emigrate and for many other reasons the flexible terms suit many people, and the process is so simple.

• We can offer a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 person properties and most are pet friendly too, they are all ideal for couples or single people alike.

• The Discounted winter let prices are only available for guests who stay for a minimum of 6 weeks or more, and we ask that you provide and use your own bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels, everything else is provided and included.  Winter let guests must also agree to clean and keep the accommodation in a tidy condition during their stay.
• We do like to meet with you, in person if possible, and also like to give you the opportunity to view the accommodation that we are offering, before you make up your mind and finalise your booking.  However, you can also view a video film and many images of each cottage via this website.
• Local amenities are within easy travelling distance.
• Situated on a Lincolnshire County Council gritting route making it perfect for access throughout the winter months.
• Call Connect bus service available from main gate Monday to Saturday.
• Pets welcome in most cottages with prior approval.  However, Laura’s Loft is always kept pet free.
