You can spend your days exploring the beauty that the local area and all that Lincolnshire has to offer, and your nights admiring the heavens and skies above. When staying at Greetham Retreat you will have easy access to a blanket of stars in wide-open skies. To help you get the best views we switch off all external lighting around our holiday cottages and grounds at 10pm each day. There is no nearby street lighting and no close neighbours, which means we have minimal light pollution and almost perfect dark sky conditions, meaning you can relax, lean back, and view the starry night skies with awe, enjoying the beauty of the celestial scenes above.

You should know that you can see at least ten times as many stars in the darkest areas of the country, as you can in a town or city. So, if you stay up late, when staying here at Greetham Retreat, then just look up and gaze in wonder at the UK’s and Lincolnshire’s twinkling night skies, then back to bed for a comfortable and great night’s sleep!
