Greetham Retreat CL is open from March to early January each year including Christmas and New Year.  Access to the site is excellent, the road leading to the site is gritted during the winter months.

Pitches are available after 12 noon on your arrival day and must be vacated prior to 12 noon on departure days.

Fresh drinking water. Chemical toilet disposal point, hand sanitiser, plus waste bins and recycling (No Charge). Sensor lighting on service area at night.

Five level, spacious all-weather hard-standing pitches for caravan or motorhome and awning with parking

For those who prefer grass we also have one level grass pitch, available in summer subject to the weather. (Please request when booking)

Dedicated 16 amp electric hook-up provided on all pitches. (No Charge)

£25 per night all year round all-inclusive including electricity.  (This is 2nd year with no price increase).  We do not charge any extra for awnings, pets or addtional guests etc.

Free for all guests, our complimentary Greetham Wi-Fi, covers all our self-catering holiday accommodation, plus the 4 acre grounds and pitches on our Caravan and Motorhome Club CL site.

Pets are most welcome in all of our self-catering holiday properties (except for Laura’s Loft with is always kept pet free) and on our touring Caravan and Motorhome Club CL site.

Your pets will love it here too, with over 4 acres of lovely grounds to explore.  There are several tracks, footpaths and bridleways nearby where your dog can run free off lead.

We have a dedicated laundry room with a automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, and provide eco laundry detergent and conditioner too, which are all available for guests to use, for a small single charge.

A sink for hand washing of clothes, plus an electric iron and ironing board is also available.

There is also a heated drying cupboard – perfect for walkers or cyclists to dry wet outdoor clothing or footwear.

All self-catering guests have access to a secure lockable bike store here at Greetham Retreat.

Being in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, there are many quiet routes and paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking.  But be aware, there are some hills!

We have a comprehensive tourist information room fully stocked with attraction leaflets, walks and cycle routes etc.

All guests are welcome to use our BBQ area, designed for use with disposable BBQs. While you’re there, play with our giant outdoor chess and draughts!

There are seating areas around the grounds for all guests to use.  Cottage guests also have direct access to a part enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs, which is a real suntrap!..

The 4 acres of natural countrypark grounds offer a unique special feature for all guests staying at Greetham Retreat.

With wildlife ponds, wildflower meadows, woodland, mown grass paths and seating areas providing a unique setting with great panoramic views and attracting much local wildlife. They’re ideal for those interested in nature, conservation or wildlife photography…

All guests in both the holiday cottages or staying on the CL touring site, have access to our dedicated Tourist Information Room.

This Information Room is available 24/7 and has a very wide selection of leaflets detailing many varied local attractions, eateries, walks, maps, reference books and other useful information to help you get the best from your stay here at Greetham Retreat…

Our holiday properties are all energy efficient having high levels of insulation.  They are fully double glazed and exceed modern building regulations. Solar PV panels produce much of our electricity, all kitchen appliance are A or A+ rated, lighting is LED/low wattage. They all have Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) with energy ratings of B and C.

We also recycle all guests rubbish, use eco-friendly detergents and collect rain water for watering our planted containers.
