Laura’s Loft is a private, intimate one bedroom holiday let that’s ideal for a romantic self-catering holiday getaway for couples in the heart of Lincolnshire Wolds near Horncastle. This property also offers the best value of all our accommodation here at Greetham Retreat and is also very popular with solo guests.
Laura’s Loft provides a charming, modern and uncluttered loft style holiday apartment that’s lovely and private, providing a secure feeling to guests staying in it. With panoramic countryside views, open plan living, a double bedroom makes it just perfect for those wishing to get away from it all. It has excellent headroom, sloping ceilings, skylight windows and is always kept pet free, so sorry no pets are allowed in Laura’s Loft.
This luxury holiday apartment is all on the first floor with its own private stairs and entrance door. It benefits from high-quality modern décor and open plan living area furnished with modern leather sofas, dining table and chairs, TV and CD player. With expansive worktops, a fully fitted kitchen and integrated modern appliances. This holiday let also has double aspect skylight windows, offering panoramic views of the surrounding Lincolnshire Wolds countryside.
The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with luxury Whirlpool Bath, wash hand basin and WC. Just imagine lying in bed watching the stars on a clear night through the large skylight window directly above your bed!

We make it easy to stay connected during your holiday.
Free for all guests, our complimentary Greetham Wi-Fi, covers all our self-catering holiday accommodation, plus the 4 acre grounds and pitches on our Caravan and Motorhome Club CL site.
Accommodation has full central heating, fully double-glazed, open all year. May be booked with any of our other cottages for larger families or groups.

We have a dedicated laundry room with a automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, and provide eco laundry detergent and conditioner too, which are all available for guests to use, for a small single charge.
A sink for hand washing of clothes, plus an electric iron and ironing board is also available.
There is also a heated drying cupboard – perfect for walkers or cyclists to dry wet outdoor clothing or footwear.
All guests in both the holiday cottages or staying on the CL touring site, have access to our dedicated Tourist Information Room.
