Maggie’s Mews (Ground Floor only) is modern, bright and pet friendly self-catering holiday rental with an entrance hallway, spacious open plan living areas with a twin bedroom and ensuite shower room with WC, which makes it just perfect for couples looking for holiday accommodation in Lincolnshire Wolds near Horncastle for two people with up to 2 pets.
The open plan living area offered is very roomy with modern decor, and furnished with real oak wood floors, comfortable leather sofas along with solid oak coffee tables. The kitchen and dining area are well-appointed and with large work surface areas, fully integrated appliances, solid oak dining table, and even a breakfast bar and stools for casual dining. The ground floor bedroom has a quality twin beds and an en-suite shower room and WC.
It is surrounded by over 4 acres of private parkland grounds and is close to the historic and interesting market town of Horncastle in Lincolnshire. It’s not surprising, that this is one of our most popular holiday lets, due to the comfort, space it offers.

It is perfectly placed for exploring the wider county of Lincolnshire. Nearby, you can visit the traditionally ‘English’ market towns of Horncastle, Spilsby and Louth, all with a variety of interesting independent privately owned shops.

We make it easy to stay connected during your holiday.
Free for all guests, our complimentary Greetham Wi-Fi, covers all our self-catering holiday accommodation, plus the 4 acre grounds and pitches on our Caravan and Motorhome Club CL site.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are most welcome. Please enquire about other pets.
We do charge an addtional £30 per pet per stay.
Accommodation has full central heating, fully double-glazed, open all year. May be booked with any of our other cottages for larger families or groups.

The 4 acres of natural countrypark grounds offer a unique special feature for all guests staying at Greetham Retreat.
With wildlife ponds, wildflower meadows, woodland, mown grass paths and seating areas providing a unique setting with great panoramic views and attracting much local wildlife. They’re ideal for those interested in nature, conservation or wildlife photography…
We have a dedicated laundry room with a automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, and provide eco laundry detergent and conditioner too, which are all available for guests to use, for a small single charge.
A sink for hand washing of clothes, plus an electric iron and ironing board is also available.
There is also a heated drying cupboard – perfect for walkers or cyclists to dry wet outdoor clothing or footwear.
All guests in both the holiday cottages or staying on the CL touring site, have access to our dedicated Tourist Information Room.
This Information Room is available 24/7 and has a very wide selection of leaflets detailing many varied local attractions, eateries, walks, maps, reference books and other useful information to help you get the best from your stay here at Greetham Retreat…
We can supply a selection of mobility aids in all cottages, to help your stay be more comfortable…
